Advertisers are going to be faced with spending their advertising dollars more wisely over the next couple of years if the economy continues to head south.
This is a perfect opportunity for advertisers to focus their advertisements at segments of audiences that they really want to reach. Advertisers are going to have to be smart and focus their advertising at people that will keep their business’s rolling.
Podcast are the perfect medium for that highly focused audience. Cost per Sale and Cost per Acquisition within the podcast advertising has already proved to beat all other online mediums in the space. So it is really a no brainer.
If you are a media buyer let us show you how your advertising dollars can be spent in a much smarter way reaching those that you want to reach in a highly effective way. ceo@rawvoice.com

I had a discussion with a media creator today that is doing some shows on another media site.
He gets paid 35% of whatever the company providing the service can get by inserted advertising, and 50% of the advertising commission if he brings the advertiser to the vendor.
Considering the vendor is hosting the media for free, I am sure they have to really tight on what they give the person creating the media but 35% sounds really low.
I am very proud that RawVoice gives 70% of the advertising dollars back to the media creators that create the content. Their is definitely advantages in commission earnings if you don’t let someone control, and lock your content in.
Lets do the math on a 1000 dollar ad deal RawVoice media creators earn $700.00 in commissions. On the site that is in the above example they would get $350.00. Considering the price of hosting media is almost nothing these days why would anyone be willing to give up 35% in potential earnings for saving a few dollars in hosting cost?

If you have 25 million views and only made $5k, well all I can say is you have just lost a huge amount of revenue and should call me.
Perez Hilton says he had 25 million views on YouTube over the past three months and only made $5,000. To think he had 25 million views and only made $5k rocks me to the core. Whoever is managing his ad deals needs to be fired.
RawVoice has podcaster’s on advertising contracts that are earning $10,000 plus each and every month that have a “fraction” of that audience size, and guess what those podcasters are still working their day jobs! Pretty good income for a part time gig.
While Audio has been easier to monetize, I surely would like to see what we could do for Perez. Silicon Alley Insider

Tonight we announced to the members of our podcasting communities a new type of advertising campaigns. This is something we have been planning for some weeks.
If executed by the podcasters correctly, we will enable podcasters that can engage their audiences the opportunity to earn a great deal more than they would on a typical CPM type ad deals we put together.
We feel that even small sized shows have the potential to earn significant revenues. While we are not going to discuss the particulars of the programs publicly I am sure some podcasters will be talking about the new ad campaigns soon.
